Why Couples Choose Our Wedding Car Service in NJ
Chauffeured, flight-tracked and planned around your day
Dreaming of a Specific Car?
A white Escalade, a stretch limo, the car you’ve pictured for years. If you don’t see it here, call our office at 973-933-4260. We’ll work to find it for your date.
Private Rides Only
Your party rides alone. One booking, one vehicle, and only the people you invited.
Hourly or by the Ride
Book the wedding day by the hour, from a 2-hour minimum. Guest airport rides have flat rates.
Gratuity Included
A 15% gratuity is built into every rate, so you won’t hunt for cash at the end of the night. Some couples add more. It’s up to you.
Wedding Limos in NJ: An S-Class or Escalade for the Couple
For the two of you, our wedding limo is a First Class Sedan (Mercedes S-Class or similar) or a First Class SUV (Cadillac Escalade ESV or similar). The sedan leaves room for you and the dress, train included. The Escalade seats five, so a parent or the maid of honor can ride along. White vehicles are available on request, depending on the date.
Your chauffeur opens the door, helps with the train and waits through the photo stops. After the reception, the same car takes you away for the night, with champagne on ice if you ask for it. Couples who want a luxury wedding limo in NJ without the size of a stretch pick one of these two. It’s the same chauffeur standard as our executive sedan service.
Need a Stretch Limo?
Our fleet has sedans, SUVs, vans and Sprinters. For a stretch limo, send us the date and the headcount, and we’ll find one for you.

Size the cars by what your party carries, not only by headcount. A gown, garment bags and gift boxes need more room than a passenger count suggests. A bridal party of eight with garment bags fits one Sprinter, and five guests with checked bags fit a Business Class SUV. Our Sprinter van service page covers group details.

Wedding Transportation from Newark Airport for Out-of-Town Guests
How Do You Get Wedding Guests from Newark Airport to the Venue?
Book private cars ahead, send every guest’s flight number to one dispatcher, and let the landings set the schedule. We track each flight into Newark Liberty International Airport, group guests who land close together, and take them to the hotel first. The venue comes later.
- Name one point person, a planner or a family member rather than the couple, to hold the guest list.
- Start a shared sheet with each guest’s name, flight number and arrival time, and send it to us about two weeks out.
- We group arrivals. Flights that land within about 45 minutes of each other can share a vehicle, and wider gaps get their own.
- Guests meet their chauffeur curbside at arrivals, or inside the terminal with meet and greet, which is available at checkout.
- Everyone goes to the hotel first. Hotel-to-venue rides come later in the day.
What Every Airport Pickup Includes
Your guests walk out of baggage claim to a chauffeur who already knows their flight. Every pickup includes flight tracking from takeoff and 60 minutes of free waiting after landing, on domestic and international flights. Guests flying into JFK or LaGuardia get the same service. For solo arrivals, see our Newark Airport limo service. For bigger groups, our group airport transfer tips cover the bag math.
Hotel, Ceremony, Reception: Getting Everyone There
On the day, your chauffeurs work from one schedule: hotel, ceremony, photos, reception. A Sprinter moves up to 12 people and their bags, so the wedding party arrives together. You enjoy the day. Your chauffeur keeps track of the next stop.
Hourly bookings that start at a hotel or home include 15 minutes of free waiting, so build a little slack into the schedule. Send us the headcount and the timeline, and we’ll plan the cars around them.
Plan the rehearsal dinner pickup around the latest actual landing, not the scheduled one.
One Conversation Covers the Whole Wedding Weekend

Planning Your NJ Wedding Transportation: A Simple Timeline
- Pick the vehicles. The couple’s car, SUVs or a Sprinter for the wedding party, and guest pickups.
- Reserve early. Most couples plan transportation months out. For our fleet, reserve at least 60 to 90 days ahead for any Saturday between April and November.
- Start the flight sheet as guests book their flights.
- Confirm the day-of schedule with pickup times and addresses a week before.
- Plan Sunday departures in waves around flight times.
What Our Clients Say
100+ Google reviews from Newark Airport travelers

Driver showed up 10 minutes early. Car was clean. Price was exactly what they quoted. No games, no surprises. I travel a lot for work and this is the service I’ll keep using.

My flight landed 45 minutes late. Driver was already there waiting. No extra charge. That’s how it should work. I’ve had other services cancel on me for less.

I use this for my Brooklyn pickups. Always on time. Drivers know the routes. The 60-minute wait time is a big deal when your flight gets delayed. Solid service.

Needed a car last minute for an early flight. Booked online. Got confirmation in five minutes. Driver knew the fastest route. Made my flight with time to spare.

Jersey City to the airport at rush hour. Driver took back roads and got me there in 25 minutes. Fixed price meant I wasn’t watching a meter. Clean car, quiet ride.

First time using a car service instead of rideshare. Huge difference. Driver was waiting with my name on a sign. No wandering around looking for my ride. Worth it.

I fly out of EWR every week. Switched to this service after too many rideshare cancellations. Six months now, same quality every time. Fixed rates make expenses easy.

Hoboken pickup at 4:30 AM. Driver was there at 4:15. Helped with bags. Had water in the car. Small things, but they add up when you’re half asleep before a flight.

Booked an Escalade to pick up a client. Car was spotless. Driver wore a suit. Showed up right on time. Made a good impression. Will use again for client pickups.

Our company uses this for all Newark trips now. Fixed pricing made budgeting simple. Drivers are professional. Vehicles are always clean. No complaints in four months.

Manhattan to EWR during morning rush. Driver tracked traffic and picked a faster route. Flight tracking meant he knew exactly when to be there. Made my flight easy.

Got into Newark three hours late. Driver was still there. No extra fees. No attitude. Just grabbed my bags and we left. That’s the kind of service I’ll pay for.
