How Our Pricing Works

Direct answers to the questions that determine your final bill

What does the one-way base rate include?

The vehicle, professional chauffeur, real-time flight tracking, all tolls on the booked route, 60 minutes of complimentary wait time on airport pickups (15 minutes on point-to-point transfers), bottled water, Wi-Fi, and device chargers. The price quoted at booking is the price charged at drop-off.

When does the complimentary wait clock start?

For airport pickups, the 60-minute window starts at actual wheels-down, not scheduled landing time. If your flight lands two hours late, your driver waits without charge as long as you’re within 60 minutes of the actual landing. For point-to-point transfers, the 15-minute window starts at the scheduled pickup time.

When does hourly billing apply on a one-way booking?

Hourly billing engages when wait time exceeds the complimentary window or when stops are added beyond the original itinerary. Billing runs in 15-minute increments at the vehicle’s hourly rate. As an example, a 30-minute overrun on a Business Class Sedan adds $58.84 (half-hour at $117.68/hr) to the base fare.

How is meet-and-greet billed?

Meet-and-greet is a $35 add-on for Business Class bookings. The chauffeur waits inside the terminal with a name sign after you clear customs and assists with luggage. Meet-and-greet is complimentary on First Class Sedan and First Class SUV bookings.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 24 or more hours before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable. Changes to pickup time, address, vehicle class, or passenger count are free up to the same 24-hour window. Same-day reschedules are accommodated when possible based on availability.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these rates the same 24 hours a day?

Yes. The same flat rate applies regardless of pickup time. A 5 a.m. transfer costs the same as a 2 p.m. transfer. Holidays, weekends, and overnight pickups carry no surcharge. Surge pricing, peak-hour multipliers, and late-night premiums are not part of the rate structure.

How do corporate billing accounts work?

Corporate accounts settle on monthly invoices rather than per-trip card charges. Travelers book without entering payment details, and the company receives a consolidated invoice. Volume discounts apply once travel patterns are established. To set up an account, visit our contact page or call (973) 933-4260.

How do I get an exact quote for my pickup address?

Use the booking tool above. Enter pickup address, drop-off address, vehicle preference, and date. The exact rate appears before any payment information is requested. You can compare options and close the tab without booking. The matrix above shows base rates between EWR and NYC; specific neighborhoods may vary slightly.
